If you use InfiniteVault cloud backup, we store:

  • Encrypted anchor data (the data structure that enables reconstruction of your drive)
  • Serial number and user ID associated with the backup
  • Backup creation timestamp

2.5 Violation and Enforcement Data

If our systems detect or we investigate suspected EULA violations, we may collect:

  • Device serial number
  • Event codes (e.g., tamper detected, debugger detected)
  • Timestamps
  • Device fingerprint
  • Technical logs (no user file content)
